- I speak three languages fluently. I learned to speak Haitian-Creole, English, and French, in that order. I am developing my grasp of Spanish.
- My most rewarding volunteer experience was cooking and serving at the Ronald McDonald House in Atlanta, Georgia on two occasions.
- I have been skydiving. It was an exhilarating feat! The most interesting aspect is not feeling the “drop” effect as compared to the dips on a roller coaster.
- I am the first in my immediate family to graduate college and complete grad school.
- I have read the entire Bible in nine months.
- I was spontaneously offered a role as an extra in the movie, Life Size 2, starring Tyra Banks. It was a magical experience.
- My first car was older than me. It was a light blue 1985 Mercedes Benz 300D that my father gave me.
- I love and cherish my relationship with God with all of my heart.
- If I could give up one biological necessity it would be sleep.
- I often quote movies, song/poem lyrics, or bible verses to emphasize a thought.
- I have dated a celebrity.
- A few of my favorite actors are Liam Neeson, Gabrielle Union, Denzel Washington, Meryl Streep, and Idris Elba.
- I have two brother and two sisters.
- My love languages are Acts of Service and Quality Time.
- My motto is “Redemption is Always Near.” I’ve received grace more than I deserve.
- I love to research subtopics in Anthropology, Political Science and Government, English, and Behavioral Science.
- I am usually successful at bargaining great deals on most products and services.
- The environmental sound that I admire the most is hearing tropical birds sing.
